Danijel Jukić receives URSI Young Scientist Award and Karl-Jörg Langenberg Award (2nd prize)

Danijel Jukić, a doctoral candidate and research associate at the Computational Electromagnetics Research Group, received a Young Scientist Award at the URSI Kleinheubacher Tagung, organized by the U.R.S.I. Landesausschuss in Deutschland e.V. In addition, he was awarded the second prize of the Karl-Jörg Langenberg Award, endowed with €2,333, selected among the conference’s ten best young scientists, for his work entitled “A Broadband Stabilized Multilevel Fast Multipole Method Leveraging B-Splines”. The Kleinheubacher Tagung is Germany’s most renowned meeting in radio science and electromagnetics and is held under the umbrella of URSI, which has promoted research in electromagnetics and radio science for more than a century. His research is supervised by Prof. Simon Adrian. These honors recognize his strong early-career contributions and his growing visibility within the URSI community.
